Nolan going soldier, Yewll's past and the future of sex? These were the scenes we were talking about.
Here's Looking at Yewll

Kink to the Future
We have no idea what the Six-Legged Monkey Crawl is...but given the way Kenya mentioned it and Eddie responded to it, we can't help but guess that the arts of love have seen the same advancement as other technologies in the post-Votan world.
Dinner With Datak
We know Datak is a mover and a shaker, but seeing him spar with Pol Madis during their scene at the Tarr household was a delight. You never quite knew where Datak was coming from, and Madis's eventual one-upsmanship was surprising and effective.
No-Man Takes Care of Business
We know Nolan's had a hard past. We know he's seen some tough stuff in the Pale Wars. But we never got an impression of the soldier inside until he up and pulled the trigger on Pol Madis. It was great to see the villain get his, but somewhat shocking to see the generally congenial Nolan be so cold-blooded.
We don't know what the artifact Quentin's holding is, but its powerful grip on him is becoming more and more evident. From visions of his dead brother, to his inability to get rid of the thing, to his eventual murder of Birch...strange things are afoot in the mind of Quentin McCawley.
